DZL type chain grate fire-water tube boilers is a horizontal three return fire and wet back boiler. There are two fire tubes in the boiler barrel , with both sides light pipe fire wall tubes; the chain grate which can feed rice husk or coal fuels  by stocker and is equipped with drums, induced draft fan realize mechanical ventilation. The whole combustion system match well, no waste fuel in working process.

A steam boiler is a vessel that contains water and a heat source powered by oil, coal or gas. The boiler transfers heat from the heat source to the water vessel, thereby turning the water into steam. The heat source in a boiler system is located in a separate compartment within the water vessel. The water vessel is attached to the heat source by metal rods, which heat the water directly and convert it to steam.

XHJ produce two different types of gas boiler: 1.1 gas fired fire tube boiler-WNS series 1.2 gas fired water-tube boiler-SZS series .Each them has their own advantages. Gas  fired steam boilers use natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as theirsource of fuel. Like most boilers, a gas fired boiler burns fuel to heat water producing steam.

The lowest first cost is to install one burner, if boiler design, desired capacity and control strategy will allow. Typical installed cost for a single burner 100,000 lbs steam/hr boiler with up to 100% gas capacity is about $150,000 ($100,000 for equipment, engineering and other materials; $50,000 for installation costs. Gas burners can also be used for pilot burners to start the flame, and for flame stabilization at low load factors.
