XHJ supplied DZL4-1.25-T biomass steam boiler with 4 t/h steam capacity and 1.25 MPa design pressure. The boiler is designed for rice husk fuel from the rice milling process.
DZL4-1.25-T biomass boiler uses local rice husk instead of diesel or coal, helping reduce fuel cost and use agricultural waste. The horizontal chain grate system is suitable for rice husk with higher ash content. The packaged design also makes transportation and installation easier.
This project provides a practical biomass steam solution for rice mills in Tanzania. It turns waste rice husk into useful heat energy for rice processing and helps reduce energy cost.
