African chemical fiber plant customer is currently installing a 3.5 MW thermal oil boiler, which is intended for use in the plant's production operations.
3.5 MW (3 million kcal) Thermal Oil Boiler Introduction
1) Model: YLW-3500
2) Boiler Body: Horizontal coil-type boiler assembly; furnace shell + insulation (rock wool + ceramic fiber); observation port; explosion-proof door; manhole; flanged valves; support base.
3) Combustion System: Biomass fuel.
4) Thermal Oil Boiler Circulation System: 2 circulation pumps (one duty, one standby); 55 kW; flow rate 200 m³/h; head 70 m** (standby pump mandatory for safety compliance).
5) Oil Storage & Expansion System: High-level expansion tank: 5 m³ (installed at the system's highest point for venting and accommodating thermal expansion); low-level storage tank: 10 m³ (for storing thermal oil drained during maintenance).
6) Flue Gas System: Flue ducts; expansion joints; chimney; flue gas economizer.
7) Instrumentation + PLC Control System: From XHJ Boiler factory manufacture by oneself.
